Complete Turnkey Test Systems:
Aceonn has over a decade of experience in developing complete full size turnkey test systems. Our Engineers have a wide range of experience that includes automotive, medical and military. We are capable of developing systems that range from integrated, multi-rack units with complete testing systems for prototype or production products to smaller benchtop design verification systems. All of our systems come complete with National Instrument based software and hardware. Portable Data Acquisitions System: Our portable DAQ systems are powered by National Instruments LabVIEW. These systems are custom designed for every application. We provide the option of data acquistion software and/ or hardware. Our systems can communicate with all major CAN bus networks, offer compatibility with nearly all types of sensors and be programmed with the widest range of languages. All hardware utilizes National Instruments equipment, including: DAQ boards, Signal Conditioners, and Cables. Independent LabVIEW Executable programs: Aceonn is capable of developing a customized LabVIEW based executable sub-tool that does not require a license or site fee as with the complete LabVIEW tool. You would be able to make copies of the sub-tool at your discretion. This alternative solution is more cost effective and lends to shorter development time for projects. This offers the flexibility of using LabVIEW to control a wide range of applications without paying for tools that you wont use. Laboratory Integration: Aceonn can integrate your existing laboratory equipment to improve data reliability, repeatability and responsibility: Reliability comes from setting test equipment via electronic controls; minimizing human error; Repeatability ensures that all tests for every device is performed to the same exact specifications; Responsibility flourishes in an environment that utilizes state-of-the art test systems. Prototype Test Systems: For your Prototype device, we can design and build a customized test systems to suit your needs. Ranging from the benchtop to full vehicle skids, our systems can be designed with automated controls, pneumatic actuators, temperature sensors, strain gauges, load cells, voltage and distance meters. We have a complete machine shop and can manufacture nearly any type of test rigging for you quickly and for the best price. |
